Short version: I collect your email address only if you type it into a form here, and I only use it to send you what you asked for.

What I collect. Your email address, when you sign up. The form sends it to Systeme.io, the email tool I use. Systeme.io stores it and sends my emails.

What I send. The free guide, then about one email a week about the challenge. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list.

What I don't do. I don't sell your email. I don't share it with anyone except Systeme.io, which needs it to send the emails.

Stats. I use Cloudflare's privacy-friendly analytics to count visits. No cookies, no ads, no tracking you across other sites.

Want your data deleted? Reply to any email I've sent and ask. I'll remove you.
